In addition to these terms, if you submit a business or job posting for inclusion on the ThinkNW/TAP website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the ThinkNW/TAP website Submission Policy below. Submission Policies.
Discretion Over Use, Content And Operation of The ThinkNW/TAP website
We may edit, move, or delete any content on the ThinkNW/TAP website (including content that you have provided) or terminate all or part of the ThinkNW/TAP website without notice or liability for any reason at our discretion. You agree that Safeguard Financial and the ThinkNW/TAP website staff and editors, have full editorial control to determine the structure and content of the ThinkNW/TAP website and that because a businesses listing in the directory is subject to change or deletion at any time, you may not rely on any aspect of a it’s inclusion in the directory. You agree to waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of any business listing in the ThinkNW/TAP website or to the title or description of any site appearing in the ThinkNW/TAP website.
We are not responsible for any failure to remove or delay in removing harmful, inaccurate, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content on the ThinkNW/TAP website originating with or otherwise provided by third parties.
